To choose correct package please make sure you know how many students does your School have for example if you have 100 Student choose package with 200 students this is to allow any other new students that could enrol after.

We use the world most trusted online payment provider Paystack which has various Secure payment methods like  EFT ,Capitec Pay, debit and credit card payments

We offer Support on Whatsapp and email ticket generation.

Support is available from 8am to 5pm weekdays

After payment your account will be active if you chose a package that has website please allow 24 hours for your domain to be active this is the minimum time it takes for all new domains to be active.

Yes you can use your own domain you bought previously but you will need to contact support to connect it to your school management.

System setup can take not more than 8 hours and if you have a package that has website website can take up to 5 days to be completed and this depends of availability of content from you.

You can upgrade your account at anytime and it will be effective immediately but you can downgrade your package at any time but it will only take effect at  the end of your current billing.
